We’re being poisoned with the awful food we have here. 😫 Going to Italy was life changing. I realized how much better the food is in Europe than here. My hair and nails got long and strong while in Italy. We have abundance here but it’s garbage that makes us sick. All the supplements and healthy foods I eat on a regular basis never do what the food in Italy did. There’s nothing we can do short of growing our own food. It’s a continuous battle here. Wish I could move. 😢

We actually (me, my brother, and sister) do this for my mom with crab legs. I need to have children just so I can have crab leg meat deposited onto my plate without me asking. What a privilege.
